Deva Premal chants Gayatri Mantra

Sitting here for a few hours, no words. This video shares just where I am - how we start out with a home deep within our being, and find our way back home even when we try other roads. With grace, at the end, perhaps our home will be sung back to us as we cross over.

Blessings and love today.

Wow. Thank you so much for that! Makes me so happy just to hear her talking. They told me last week that there wouldn't be another DP&M Portland show until 2009...

This is so sweet. Beautiful. Lucky girls.

And my friend Parmita is in right at the end (around 7:40). :)

Congrats, too, on figuring out the video embedding. Now you can explain it to me.

Thank you.

Dear P. Thank you for this. It feels as though this music reached into my muscles, plucked the burning fibers, and eased them into softness and grace.

Beyond beautiful. Beyond.

PS if anyone is interested in hearing Deva & Miten talk more with the girls, watch this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qy0UYi9wf6c&feature=user

They talk about insecurity and life choices and being present and compassion.
